CPM State Secretary MV Govindan in Dubai for a three-day visit. He was received by representatives of pro-CPM organizations in Dubai and Sharjah on his arrival at Dubai International Airport this morning.
In the evening, he will be the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the annual celebrations of Mass, an expatriate organization. The event will be held at the Sharjah Indian Association Hall. MV Govindan will also participate in the regional conference of the World Malayali Council in Dubai tomorrow morning. Will return on Monday.
